Every item you order at Spreadshirt or a Spreadshirt Partner Shop is printed for you on-demand by hand. That’s what distinguishes us from other e-commerce retailers. Returns aren’t put back on our warehouse shelves, as we can’t resell them. But we want to make sure you’re 100% satisfied with your order. This is why you can rely on our fair return policy.

30-day Return Guarantee

Simply return your product within 30 days of your receipt date. If it doesn’t fit or you don’t like it, just send it back. As a print-on-demand provider, we can offer you the following return options:

  • Exchange for a new product
  • Exchange for a voucher. Can be redeemed towards your next order

Refunding the purchase price is possible as long as you didn’t customize the product yourself.

Who will bear the return shipping costs?

If your order value was $40 or more, Spreadshirt will cover the return costs. Please always contact our service team before returning anything. In many cases, we find a solution that avoids sending packages back and forth unnecessarily. It’s for the sake of your time and the environment!

What happens to returns?

The products sold by the company are unique and every order is treated with care. In case of returns, the company does not discard the products but rather takes a more sustainable approach. Since 2011, Spread Group has been donating new goods from returns worldwide to various charitable organizations and families in need. For items that cannot be donated due to legal regulations, such as those with personal designs or company logos, they are handed over to a recycling company. These products are then given a second life and can be repurposed, such as turning them into protective insulation wool. By doing this, the company is able to reduce waste and contribute to a more sustainable future.

When your item qualifies is eligible for refund (see conditions in Return Policy), we will refund for you within 5 business days.

Your refund will be issued to the same credit card or original method of payment that you used to order.

As the refund is a reversal of your payment, we can only send it back in the same way it was received. Reversing a payment in this way is the fastest and most secure way to get the refund on its way back to you.

Shipping costs are non-refundable, you must pay 20% transaction fee. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping and transaction fee will be deducted from your refund.

If you are experiencing a delay in receiving your refund, there are a few steps you can take to resolve the issue. First, check your bank account to make sure that the refund has not been deposited. If you still have not received your refund, contact your credit card company to see if they can provide any information. Sometimes, it can take some time before a refund is officially posted to your account.

You should also contact your bank to inquire about any processing time for refunds. If you have completed all of these steps and still have not received your refund, you can reach out to the seller directly for assistance. They may be able to provide more information or help resolve the issue.

Once the issue is verified to be correct, we will send you a replacement product
