Thank you for choosing Sneakeonl. Once you’ve placed your order, we’ll begin the process of preparing your stock and packaging. This typically takes between 7-10 business days. Once your order is ready to be shipped, we’ll provide you with a tracking number to monitor your package. Please note that during busy periods like holidays and sale seasons, there may be some delays in processing your order.

If you don’t receive your tracking number within 7 working days after making your payment, please contact us.

It’s important to provide accurate and complete payment and address information as any inaccuracies may delay the processing of your order. Thank you for your understanding and support.

When will I get my order?

Your orders shall be shipped out from our warehouse located at Fujian, China.

We proudly offer worldwide shipping via SF Express, USPS, Yun Express, Epacket, or FedEx.

Please kindly note your order will be processed for stocking, packing, and shipping to the address that you provide to us. We shall commit about delivery time to you like the table below:

If for whatever reason your goods don’t arrive within 60 days, you will be refunded in FULL for that item. This is our promise to you! If there’s a missing order, please let us know via email support: We’ll investigate (it usually took 3-5 business days) and send you another one after we got a conclusion.


The prices displayed on our site are tax-free in US Dollars, which means you may be liable to pay for duties and taxes once you receive your order.

Import taxes, duties, and related customs fees may be charged once your order arrives at its final destination, which is determined by your local customs office. Payment of these charges and taxes is your responsibility and will not be covered by us. We are not responsible for delays caused by the customs department in your country. In the event that the package arrives in your country and the customer refuses to accept it, or if multiple delivery attempts have been made without success, we reserve the right to abandon the package and will not provide a refund.
